Work conditions
Duty schedule
Pilots duty schedules are published on 24th of each month if the calendar month is 31 days; published on the 23rd if the calendar month is 30 days.
Commuting roster option
Commuting roster is offered to both First Officers & Captain Pilots, that is, 3 weeks on / 1 week off. Confirmed tickets are provided only to the Captain Pilots to use before and after the block off days.

Summary
- Turkish Airlines arranges and provides the work permit for all expat pilots.
- Pilots have private health insurance; they can also include family members in exchange of a small fee.
- Wide Body Captains Salary: Approx. 70,000 TL
- Any hours flown above 70 hours is regarded overtime hour and will be added to the total salary.
