  • To become one of our B777 Captains, you will need a minimum of 7000 hrs total flying time multi- crew, multi- engine (only time in the operating seat of a turboprop and/or turbojet aircraft can be counted; not simulator time).
  • Minimum of 3000 hrs command time on multi-crew, multi-engine commercial jet aircraft with MTOW of 50 tonnes or more
  • Most recent 1000 hours to be command on Boeing wide-body, long-haul (B767/747/777/787) within the past 3 years
  • Previous experience must include A380 command
Last flightFlown at least 150 hrs in command within the last 12 months at time of joining

Roster
  • Full monthly roster with minimum 8 days off
Annual hours
  • 800 - 900 hours per year
Routes
  • 24-hour operation, Mix of turnarounds, long haul and ultra long haul. Trips are single or multi sector and can be 1-9 days in duration.
Layover periods
  • Layover periods are generally 24-48 hours. Days off are in Dubai
