Must have Experience in hazard identification, risk analysis, safety assurance, and corrective action implementation.

Job description
The 757 Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Boeing 757 flight operations training and standardization programs. This role ensures compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. The Program Manager will work closely with multiple departments, including the Training Department and Flight Standards Board (FSB), to develop and refine training programs, manuals, and checklists.
