Flight time notes
- Minimum of three (3) years flight instruction or ground instruction experience at a Pt 121 or Pt 135 Air Carrier
Preferred time
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) rating or Ground Instructor Certificate (AGI) with an Instrument rating or prior experience. Acceptable prior experience includes military pilot/flight engineer instructor or pilot/flight engineer instructor in a Part 142, 135 or 121 operations.
- Airline transport aircraft flight or ground training experience.

Additional requirements
- Proven proficiency in training, communication and presentation skills including development of presentation and training materials
- Working knowledge of: CBT, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to multitask, and ability to balance multiple competing objectives.
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work various shifts and weekends if necessary
- Ability to work independently with little direction but collaborate with internal and external parties.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Airframe and powerplant mechanic’s license.
