Additional requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years flight instruction or ground instruction experience at a Part 121 or Part 135 Air Carrier
  • Proven proficiency in training, communication and presentation skills including development of presentation and training materials
  • Working knowledge of: CBT, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to multitask, and ability to balance multiple competing objectives.
  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to work various shifts and weekends if necessary
  • Ability to work independently with little direction but collaborate with internal and external parties.

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree
  • Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) rating or Ground Instructor Certificate (AGI) with an Instrument rating or prior experience. Acceptable prior experience includes military pilot/flight engineer instructor or pilot/flight engineer instructor in a Part 142, 135 or 121 operations.
  • Airline transport aircraft flight or ground training experience.
  • Airframe and powerplant mechanics license.
