Minimum of three (3) years flight instruction or ground instruction experience at a Part 121 or Part 135 Air Carrier
Proven proficiency in training, communication and presentation skills including development of presentation and training materials
Working knowledge of: CBT, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to multitask, and ability to balance multiple competing objectives.
High School Diploma
Ability to work various shifts and weekends if necessary
Ability to work independently with little direction but collaborate with internal and external parties.
Preferred
Bachelors degree
Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) rating or Ground Instructor Certificate (AGI) with an Instrument rating or prior experience. Acceptable prior experience includes military pilot/flight engineer instructor or pilot/flight engineer instructor in a Part 142, 135 or 121 operations.
Airline transport aircraft flight or ground training experience.
Airframe and powerplant mechanics license.
