Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and five (5) to ten (10) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current Passport and FCC Restricted Radio Permit required.
Familiarity with FAA Certificate management, aviation business practices, and FAA and ICAO regulations required.
Comprehensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration 14 CFR Part 125 regulations.
Comprehensive knowledge of both Domestic and International Flight Operations.
Strong ability to identify individual needs, provide feedback, coach, & develop pilots and flight engineers to FAA & ministry standards.
Highly effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to think critically and make appropriate decisions.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects while working independently.
Proficiency in many different software systems (including Adobe, Outlook, Word, Excel, and web browsers).
Preferred
12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.
