- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Strong instructional design and training delivery skills.
- Proficient in using various training methodologies and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to measure training effectiveness.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
