Additional requirements

The Head of Flight Operations Training (NPCT) should be a current Type Rating Instructor (TRI) on a type/class operated under the CargologicAir AOC.
Have significant proven experience of Training in Aviation particularly Crews and Flight Operations personnel
Excellent communication skills
Able to analyse and determine root cause of issues and determine whether it is a training issue
Have demonstrable leadership skills and experience of managing staff

Job description

The Head of Flight Operations Training (NPCT) has the overall responsibility for compliance with all regulatory training for the Flight Operations department and ensuring it is done in a safe, efficient and economic manner by providing strategic leadership to the Flight Operations Training section and ensuring that the budget and resources are adequate for the companys operations.
