  • Holds the appropriate EASA TRI, SFI, TRE or SFE authorisation.
  • Hold or have held an EASA Airline Transport Pilots License with multi-engine jet instrument rating including a multi-engine jet type rating, preferably Boeing 737.
Preferred time
  • Preferably including at least 1000 hours as Pilot in Command in commercial jet transport airline service.

Additional requirements

  • Relevant instructional work experience demonstrating the ability to prepare a lesson plan, interpret and present technical material, and independently teach on a specific airplane type.
  • Have a minimum of three years instructional and/or evaluating experience on transport category aircraft with suitable experience as a simulator instructor.
  • Have experience of training instructors, preferably as tutor on TRI and SFI courses.
