- Excellent knowledge of the Teaching and Learning process
- Excellent knowledge of CRM principles, non-technical skills and assessment
Preferred
- TRI / SFI
- Other teaching or instructor assignments (e.g. Ground instructor)
- Experience with time critical cargo operation
