Summary

• Starting salary of €5,600 gross per month (Between 500 and 2,800 hours on the B737)
• Starting salary of €6,200 gross per month (More than 2,800 hours on the B737)
• The salary increases annually (on average €300 gross per month), excluding indexation for inflation.
• A permanent contract – taxes paid in the Netherlands, social security contributions paid in Belgium;
• Additional pay of €22 gross per block hour;
• An end-of-year bonus of 8% of base gross salary;
• Holiday allowance;
• Pension scheme – employer contribution of 10%;
• Loss of licence insurance;

• Roster pattern: on average 4 days on / 3 days off (no planned layovers);
