Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply operational data, including weather, NOTAMs, performance calculations, and flight plans, to support safe and efficient flight operations.
Familiarity with Transport Canada regulations applicable to commercial operations, including CARs 602/604/703/704/705.
Proven track record of professionalism, reliability, and adherence to standard operating procedures in previous aviation roles.
Strong situational awareness with the ability to anticipate operational needs and respond effectively to changing conditions.
Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to assess information accurately and support safe, timely operational outcomes.
Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-crew environment, demonstrating strong CRM, clear communication, and adherence to SOPs.
High level of professionalism, composure, and judgment during normal, abnormal, and emergency situations.
Effective workload management and prioritization skills, maintaining focus and organization in time-sensitive or high-pressure environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions with the PIC, cabin crew, ATC, Dispatch, SOCC, and Maintenance.

Summary

Comprehensive Salary: Base salary range from $93,627.00 to $152,172.00, in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
Hours: Minimum monthly guarantee of 75 flying credits, with eligibility for overtime after 88 hours.
Time Off: Guaranteed 12–13 days off each month, with an average of approximately 15 days.
