Must comply with all US DOT 14 CFR requirements for pilots, specifically, Parts 60, 61, 67, 117, 120, and 121 including age 65 limit, as amended by the Customer.
Must maintain training and checking currency as required by Company policy, and 14 CFR Part 121, as amended by the Customer.

Job description

Amentum is seeking a First Officer (Pilot Second in Command) in Las Vegas, NV who wants a Family-friendly lifestyle, and is tired of living out of a suitcase or staring at hotel room walls. Home every night! Off every federal holiday and most weekends, even for the newest hire. No crash pads, days wasted sitting in airports, or endless hours deadheading to/from the job. Flat salary based on balanced workload fair-shared by all pilots. No having to bid a schedule or chase flight hours to get paid. Collective Bargaining Agreement with 12-step pay scale, paid bi-weekly, for Captains and First Officers. New hires get 4 weeks of Personal Time Off each year, with carryover and payout provisions, that start accumulating on first day. Full pay during training and no training contract.

Summary

The annual starting salary for this position is $101,192.00 annually. (Salary set by CBA.) First three years of FO base salary currently 101K/135K/149K plus 14% (2026) company direct contribution to 401K.
Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long term and short-term disability insurance, paid time off, and parental leave.
