Strong knowledge of New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority requirements and safe operating practices
Experience overseeing aircraft operations, operational compliance, safety, training, and personnel capability
Previous cargo operations experience, which would be advantageous
Excellent communication, leadership, planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
A professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach, with strong integrity and sound judgement
