Additional requirements 2 years’ experience to be in the last 5 years to ensure knowledge of current Airline Operations (desirable) Demonstrable experience as an MCCI delivering APS MCC courses (or previous experience as an instructor) Previous simulator training management experience A passion for aviation To have and maintain the highest personal and professional standards Commitment to ensuring excellence in your work Ability to work independently and on your own initiative when appropriate Strong report writing and IT skills with a good understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite A flexible approach, with the ability to work shifts as per the established rota Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic outlook.
