This position is offered through Longreach Aviation.
Longreach China is now offering Captain positions on the B737NG with Ruili Airlines of China.
Ruili Airlines is based in Kunming in south-western China. Kunming is a hub for tourism and trade with Southeast Asian countries, and known for its temperate climate and world heritage listed sites in the area.
Work conditions
Option 1: Resident with 75 and 80 block hrs/month
O2: 6 wks On 2 wks Off with 120 block hrs/6 wks
O3: 6 wks On 4 wks Off with 120 block hrs/6 wks
O4: 4 wks On 4 wks Off with 85 block hrs/4 wks
Compensation and benefits
Summary
- Your contract with Ruili is for 3 years in length with 5 choices roster available, and renewable at the end of each 3 year term with a very generous USD30,000 contract completion bonus.
- Housing allowance, travel allowance and a yearly safety bonus are all additional to the well above average monthly salary of USD23,000 for the local roster, plus Ruili Airlines pays all local Chinese income tax.
- Longreach provides all of its pilots with access to our group Loss of Income insurance and Life Insurance underwritten by Lloyds of London, with selectable levels of cover up to USD10,000 per month for 24 months, plus a lump sum of up to USD550,000.
- In addition, all Longreach pilots are automatically covered by our emergency medical insurance and travel benefits package.
- Monthly salary - depending on Roster Option from USD12,000 to USD 23,000/month.
- Housing allowance - USD500/mth
- Travel allowance - USD1,000/mth
- Safety bonus - USD12,000/yr
- Contract completion - USD30,000 at the end of each 3 years service
- Chinese income tax - Paid by Ruili Air
- Addition bonus - Staff Tickets for pilot and family, sick leave, company accommodation at base
