Additional requirements
- Technical knowledge of aircraft systems with the ability to facilitate conversations (Boeing 73C experience preferred but not required)
- Must have significant relevant training experience in the airline industry
- Proficient in Crew Resource Management
- Solid understanding and experience of industry training programs such as AQP/EBT
- Proficient with MS Office products (i.e. MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred
- Experience teaching on the 73C (or equivalent) Aircraft
- Previous CRM/Upgrade experience
