Step 1
You apply to our Pilot Talent Pool and receive a confirmation email once your application has been submitted. We ensure you meet our requirements before proceeding with your application. If you qualify, you will receive an invitation to our Assessment Day.
Step 2
Assessment Day: You will meet us, and we are excited to spend the day with you. The day includes a company presentation, a group exercise, 2:1 interview, and a simulator session both as Pilot Flying & Pilot Monitoring.
Step 3
Shortly after the Assessment Day, you will hear back from us with the outcome.
