Additional requirements
- The Chief Pilot shall possess an ATP qualification from the CAACI and shall be qualified on at least one type of aircraft operated by Cayman Airways-Express.
- Ability to read and understand technical flight data manuals
- Be adept at making presentations to persons at junior and senior levels
- Strong managerial, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently at times and to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and to participate in disaster preparations and recovery efforts as required.
- Willingness to work 20 working days in each 28-day control period to typically include a combination of office and flying duties with 8 days flying days and 12 days in office.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of all relevant regulatory requirements.
