- At least 10 years of leadership experience in flight operations (High Capacity).
- Be acceptable to CASA as a Head of Flying Operations (Chief Pilot).
- Sound knowledge of CASR Part 119 (121).
- Ability to write manuals on flight operations.
- Airline flight training and checking experience.
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of safety and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
