Previous experience as a Chief Flight Instructor or in a similar leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of relevant aviation regulations, including SCAA, PART FCL, EASA, and OM-D.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Proven track record in developing and implementing training programmes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Genuine interest in helping others develop and excel.
Residence within a 90 minutes distance from Copenhagen Airport.

Fly as a Line Captain when not engaged in training.
