A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within the aviation industry.
Comprehensive understanding of civil aviation regulations, standards, and best practices, including EASA, ICAO, IOSA, and IATA frameworks.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and overseeing associated budgets.
Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving organizational change in complex operational environments.
Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to embracing change and continuous improvement.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.

Job description

As NPFO, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that our operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards. You will lead the Flight Operations organisation, including Fleet Office, Crew Training, and OCC - and hold both operational and personnel responsibility.

This is a highly visible and strategic position that combines operational leadership with a commercial mindset. You will report to the Accountable Manager / COO.
