Familiarity with the requirements of initial and recurrent crew training, with the ability to manage multiple priorities .

Excellent communication skills, with the willingness to support and influence change.
Able to encourage the development of standards in others.
Good Attention to detail and quality minded
Proven planning & organisation skills along with problem solving strategies.
