Interview, screening and training section Step 1
Online Assessment: All new pilots must complete a 'Work Related Behavioural' assessment as the first step.
Step 2
Interviews: Successful candidates will be invited for an interview with our People team and Flight Operations team.
Step 3
Simulator Assessment: Candidates who succeed in the interview will progress to a Simulator Assessment.
Step 4
Type Rating Course: Upon successful completion of all stages, candidates will be offered a place on a Type Rating Course.
