Regular roster, stable 5:2:5:3 pattern.

Interview, screening and training section

Step 1
We will invite you to complete an online assessment as the first step in the process. This is due to changes in EASA regulations which requires all new pilots to undertake a 'Work Related Behavioral' assessment prior to commencing the training under EASA regulation CAT.GEN.MPA.175.
Step 2
You will then be invited for an interview with a member of our People team and Flight Operations team.
Step 3
Should you be successful at interview stage, you will progress to a Simulator Assessment.
Step 4
After successful completion of all 3 stages, you will be offered a place on a Type Rating Course
