Hold or have held an EASA ATPL license, with at least at least 1500 hours flight time as a pilot on multi-pilot aeroplane, ideally with some ATR flying experience.

Right to live and work in Singapore and no restriction to working or travelling in any country where ATR aircraft are operated.
Good understanding of aeronautical training activities, FSTD teaching tools and Authorities expectations (EASA and others).
Up-to-date knowledge of recent changes in Training regulation through regulatory monitoring.
Experience in developing training program, knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
Ability to create and deliver presentations to customers/authorities, and/or to customers.
Customer-oriented.
Ability to work outside of normal business hours when required.
Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Must be detail oriented, a problem solving and a team player.
Ability to write reports and other business correspondence in English.
Ability to make presentations in front of Customers and authorities.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Power Point - able to create metrics, track and monitor data.
Preferred
French language skills would be a plus.
