- Hold or have held an EASA ATPL license, with at least at least 1500 hours flight time as a pilot on multi-pilot aeroplane, ideally with some ATR flying experience.
- Qualified on ATR-600 type/variant
- Significant experience as SFI on all ATR variants, including variants ATR 42/72, ATR-500-600

Additional requirements
- Right to live and work in Singapore and no restriction to working or travelling in any country where ATR aircraft are operated.
- Good understanding of aeronautical training activities, FSTD teaching tools and Authorities expectations (EASA and others).
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent changes in Training regulation through regulatory monitoring.
- Experience in developing training program, knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to customers/authorities, and/or to customers.
- Customer-oriented.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours when required.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented, a problem solving and a team player.
- Ability to write reports and other business correspondence in English.
- Ability to make presentations in front of Customers and authorities.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Power Point - able to create metrics, track and monitor data.
Preferred
- French language skills would be a plus.
