Compensation and benefits
Summary
- Competitive salary: £38,446 First Officer
- Sector pay - £14.53 per sector
- Away from base pay - £1.85 per hour away from base. (EMA)
- Operations both in the UK and Europe.
- 28 days leave per annum – leave year runs from 1st January to 31st
- Hotels with breakfast and transport provided when operating away from base.

- Training costs covered - bonds repaid by time served and not claimed back through salary.
