- Salary – First Officer: £34,721 + per diems
- Annual Leave - 28 days

- Type Rating costs will be borne by the Company, the crewmember will sign a 24-month credit agreement. If the crewmember fails to pass the type rating, the crewmember will be liable to repay all training costs incurred. If the crewmember leaves within 24 months, they will be liable to repay the remainder of the credit agreement calculated on a pro-rata basis.
