- When evaluating the flight time of applicants meeting the basic qualifications, consideration will be given to, among other things, quality, quantity, currency, and verifiability of training; complexity of aircraft flown; types of flight operations; and hours flown as PIC in turbine powered tailwheel aircraft. Applicants invited to interview must provide appropriate documentation of all flight hours.

Additional requirements
- Rating held for the last three (3) consecutive years
- 4 year Bachelors Degree and 8 years experience or equivalent combination of experience and education, highly desired
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US DOD Secret Security Clearance, Top Secret clearance preferred
- Pre-employment drug test and a medical exam administered by L3Harris
Preferred
- FAA Tailwheel Endorsement (preferred, not required)
- AT-802 Type Rating Exemption or AT-802 FAIP certificate (preferred, not required)
- Prior military officer who has completed a joint field grade level professional military education course. Classroom platform instructor, prior manned ISR experience, Forward Air Controller (FAC, (FAC (A)), Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC), and Tactical Air Coordinator (TAC(A)) experience, airborne sensor operator experience, fixed or rotary wing direct air support experience.
