• Main base in Belleville, Michigan with commuting availability
• ​14 days off per month with 13 days of incremental PTO + 2 paid holidays per year​
• Hourly rate: Based on years of service with 45-hour guarantee, paid hotel and full pay for training

• Part 121 Crew - In the first year with USA Jet, Captains and First Officers earn an average of $270,000 and $154,000, respectively. USA Jet offers incentive pay each time and every time you fly, including: Trip Pay – $750 Captain | $500 First Officer. Selling Days Off – Choose to work more and earn $650 per day. Load Assist Pay – Earn $250 each time you choose to help load or unload the aircraft. Hourly Per Diem – Earn $2.50 per hour of your trip
• Part 135 Crew - In the first year with USA Jet, Captains and First Officers earn an average of $160,000 and $100,000, respectively. USA Jet offers incentive pay each time and every time you fly, including: Trip Pay – $750 Captain | $500 First Officer. Selling Days Off – Choose to work more and earn $400 per day. Load Assist Pay – Earn $250 each time you choose to help load or unload the aircraft. Hourly Per Diem – Earn $2.50 per hour of your trip
