Qualified Pilot ATPL Proven experience as a Flight Operations manager Experience of managing all aspects of an employees performance at work Experience of working in a unionised environment and with representatives Detailed knowledge and experience of the needs of airline (AOC) operations Knowledge of data analysis techniques including use of Excel Experience of working cross-functionally Experience of management and implementation of union agreements Experience of fleet management in a technical or training role Expert knowledge and experience of the ANO, UK Aviation Law & Safety Regulations, specifically Statutory Instrument No. 645 and CAA CAP2025A00 Air Operations Regulations Expert knowledge and experience of EASA Regulations, specifically Air Ops (EU) No 965/2012 and Aircrew (EU) No 1178/2011 Experience and knowledge of ATQP Familiarity with an Airline integrated Management System (iMS), including SMS, CMS, SeMS and practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices Experience of planning and implementing industrial relations negotiating strategy Knowledge of regulations and service requirements relating to cabin crew Experience of delivering colleague engagement initiatives
