Current as a Pilot in the AC-130J within the previous two years; or within the previous 8 years if the candidate has performed 8 years of military operational flying duty at the time of hire with at least two years or 200 hours experience as an in-flight instructor in the AC130J H/U/W/J.
Waivers are possible for candidates not meeting the above requirements but have prior AC-130 experience and/or have experience as an AC-130J Contract Instructor.

Must have Security Clearance. The Selected candidate must be able to obtain a minimum of an active SECRET clearance and will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including US Citizenship, for access to classified information and Communications Security (COMSEC) material.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college.
Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work 40 hours per week; some overtime may be required.
Solid interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to communicate orally, write, read, and comprehend English.
