Summary

• Salary:
• Year 1: $19,000 if type rated, otherwise $18,000
• Year 2: $19,000 per month
• Year 3: $20,000 per month
• Year 4 and after: $21,000 per month
• Overtime: $250/per hour
• Safety bonus: $6,000 per year
• Training salary:
• $200/per day initial training, then
• $400/per day, however full salary is payable after 3 months (if type rated) or 6 months (non-type rated)
• Travel:
• Return commuting flights once a month on CSA network
• Standby economy class tickets on CSA network for pilot and family as follows:
• 1st Year: Up to 6 return tickets
• Thereafter: 6 return tickets per year
• Insurance:
• personal Loss of Income insurance, Life Insurance plus access to further benefits
• Longreach provides all of its pilots with access to our group Loss of Income insurance and Life Insurance underwritten by Lloyds of London, with selectable levels of cover up to US$10,000 per month for 24 months, plus a lump sum of up to US$550,000. In addition, all Longreach pilots are automatically covered by our emergency medical insurance and travel benefits package.
