At least 10 years of experience in Part 121 and Part 135 aviation operations management, with a strong track record of success in delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of FAA regulations, TSA requirements, and international aviation regulations.
Supervisory or managerial experience within the last 6 years in a position that exercised operational control over Part 121 or Part 135 operations.
You’ll also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and leadership qualities that enable you to motivate and mentor a team of operations personnel.
