The Bangkok Training Centre A320/A330 SFI/TRI position is a local employment contract providing services to 65+ airlines from multi-cultural environments. You will perform the role of the A320/A330 SFI/TRI of an international ATO, ensuring a European class standard, thereby achieving and sustaining Customer satisfaction and contributing to the winning of repeat business
Ensure that all training is conducted to the highest level of safety and that all trainees maintain professional standards at all times
Ensure that all training is conducted in full compliance with EASA regulations and requirements.
Reports to the Airbus Training Delivery Manager Deputy CFI
Perform Subjective QTG, Quality Fly-outs and assist maintenance personnel in achieving the highest level of Customer Satisfaction of the FSTDs.
Direct the company to ensure that our Customers perceive L3Harris as a positive discriminator.
