Capable of using technology systems & tools.
Minimum three years of experience in flight deck crew training function in an airline as a Manager Crew Training or an equivalent Managerial role.
Possesses reasonable knowledge in the respective Civil Aviation Authority rules and regulations pertaining to flight and cabin services, licensing and working procedures.
Experienced in leading and developing a team of training professionals and instructors.
Great exposure on current developments and trends in the field of airport/ airline operations.
Proven skills in analyzing data, identifying pitfalls and recommending cost-effective solutions.
Effective persuasive, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Experienced in designing, delivering and evaluating training courses to cater to business needs.
Working exposure to internal/external audit practices is preferable.
Familiar with SMS and Quality Assurance System.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree Management or equivalent is preferred.
Professional membership of associations related to the Aviation/Airlines industry would be an advantage.
Arabic language is Plus
Preference will be given to local Candidates.
