Additional requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of aviation experience OR Five (5) years of FAR PART 121 experience which includes two (2) years of aviation management experience.
Knowledge of FAR 121 pilot training requirements and record-keeping systems
Knowledge of computer software programs: Word, Excel, Mint, RAIDO
Expertise in organizational performance management programs and working closely with senior leadership.
Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Must be flexible and detail oriented.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and special projects assigned simultaneously.
Knowledge of safety management systems (SMS) and their application in training programs.
Self-starter, enthusiastic, dependable, professional team player
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement training programs.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Proven track record of success in flight instruction.
Ability to inspire and motivate others.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using flight training software and tools.
Ability to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
Ability to conduct flight training and evaluations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
ETOPS and International operations experience preferred.
Demonstrated computer literacy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher; with knowledge of and comfort with computer systems being required.
