Solid professional experience and a comprehensive understanding of aviation safety standards and safe operating procedures
At least five years of relevant professional experience, including at least two years in the training of flight and cabin crews.
Very good knowledge of Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 in its currently valid version
Compliance with the age requirements according to FCL.065 of Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011
Strong sense of responsibility and high level of commitment
High motivation and loyalty towards the company
Strong understanding of CRM issues
Excellent assertiveness, communication and persuasion skills
Fluent German and English skills
