Job description
Supervise and monitor the training of flying and operational personnel.
Collaborate closely with national and European authorities.
Significant knowledge regarding regulations AIR Operations No. 965/2012, Aircrew No.1178/2011 and experience in complying with IOSA Standards
Direct editorial responsibility for training guidelines and documentation (OM-D, Syllabi, etc.).
Work closely with LEAV's operational management.
Evaluate and mitigate operational risks in training operations (SMS).
Standardize and audit external training organizations and partners.
Develop training at LEAV based on EBT principles.
Support the Nominated Person Flight Operations in establishing operational standards and be responsible for the basic and additional training of training personnel.
