Thorough knowledge of the AOC holder's crew-training concept for flight, cabin and other crew
At least 5 years' relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position
Comprehensive knowledge of the applicable Bahrain ANTR and BCAA requirements, the AOC holder's operations and its management/compliance system
Must be acceptable to BCAA following formal assessment

Experience building and standardising training programmes in a start-up or multi-fleet environment.
Familiarity with EBT/CBT implementation.
