- 3 Year minimum airline experience
- FAA ATP or Commercial Instrument Rating Multi Engine with Airbus "Fly By Wire" aircraft type rating
- A minimum of 1,500 hours in jet transport category aircraft

- A320 Type Rating preferred.

- High School Graduated Required
- Able to communicate effectively in fluent English to conduct instruction and briefings.
- Able to write progress reports for submission to the airlines or authorities.
- Able to operate computers (including iPads;, computer software (including Airbus and Google Workspace); and FSTDs within the Airbus network including satellite training centers.
