Excellent project management skills with ability to drive phase-in timelines and deliverables.
Technically competent on A320 systems and operations.
Experience interpreting FDM data and driving safety-focused actions.
Strong understanding of operational fuel efficiency practices and aircraft performance monitoring.
Cross-functional leadership and effective communication skills.
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or equivalent field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with direct involvement in A320 operations, training or technical management.
Demonstrated experience in fleet entry-into-service projects is highly desirable.
In-depth understanding of Airbus A320 systems, operational procedures, special approvals and fuel policies.
Familiarity with FDM systems and regulatory frameworks (EASA/ICAO); experience with local CAA beneficial.
Preferred
Additional language skills are a plus.
