Additional requirements
- Minimum education level of 12th grade or official equivalent
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
- Computer knowledge from the user's perspective.
Preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- High performance in terms of assertiveness, decision-making, and problem-solving
- High level of CRM (Crew Resource Management) and operational safety culture
- Solid aeronautical knowledge, combined with excellent technical and operational performance
- Emphasis on proficiency level 5 or 6 in aviation English
- Emphasis will be placed on achievement in Mathematics or Physics and university education, in accordance with the competition rules.
