Interview, screening and training section
Step 1
During the selection, applicants will pass a technical knowledge test based on A321neo LEAP-1A30 engines, NAT HLA, and ETOPS operations (other themes will be included in the questionnaire). If they have 75% or more, they will take part in an HR interview. Selected candidates will have a simulator session.
