Initial Training Overview

Non-Type Rated Co-Pilots will complete a self-funded A320 Type Rating with one of our approved training organisations at the start of easyJet employment, followed by an easyJet OCC.

Type Rating runs for approximately 6-8 weeks and is a self-funded cost of approximately 22,000 pounds, or bonded 36-month salary deduction of approximately 620 pounds (the exact cost will be confirmed at point of offer).

Assessment Centre – Successful candidates from Stages 1-3 will be invited to attend an easyJet Assessment Centre. This will take place in one of our Simulator Centres and will consist of both a Non-Technical and a Technical (SIM) Assessment.
