Minimum requirements
Flight time notes
- Holds a CAAP CPL/IR or MPL
- Minimum 200 hours fixed wing experience or equivalent credited hours;
- a. Rotary wing time, crop dusting time 50% credited,
- b. Experimental category aircraft time 0% credited hours,
- c. Second officer/ Third crew (i.e. System Engineer) time 50% credit.

Additional requirements
- Friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous, self-starter, and able to perform under pressure in challenging environments.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise tact and discretion when dealing with people.
- Holds a College Degree or equivalent
- Proficient in modern cockpit operations, including EFIS/FMS systems.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, flight planning, and operational documentation.
- Skilled in flight management systems, navigation, and aircraft performance monitoring.
