Job description
We are delighted to launch our 2024 Direct Entry Pilot recruitment campaign.
We are looking for candidates with diverse backgrounds to join our team. Aer Lingus has a proud tradition in pilot training and this campaign offers candidates a unique opportunity to join our expanding team as an Aer Lingus Pilot operating our modern fleet of Airbus aircraft.
Whether you have just finished flight school or are flying for another airline, this could be the right move for your future.
Successful applicants will join us throughout 2024 and complete their A320 Family training at the Aer Lingus Training Academy in Dublin.
To secure a place on this course, you need to be highly motivated and must demonstrate the competencies required to become an Aer Lingus Pilot. If successful, your journey towards becoming a pilot with Aer Lingus will begin as early as January 2024.
