The DCT shall be a qualified person nominated by the operator and accepted by the competent Authority.
A minimum of at least five (5) years of management experience, including a minimum of two (2) years within the aeronautical industry.
Must have a thorough knowledge of crew training concepts for flight crew, cabin crew, and operations control personnel.
Has experience in working with both ab-initio cadets and experienced trainees.
Well-versed in the latest and relevant training developments within the aviation industry.
Proficient in the requirements of relevant regulations concerning AOC and ATO holders.
Ability to liaise with the regulating authorities.
Possess the aptitude to develop and evaluate new training techniques, as well as the ability to specify the syllabi and equipment required for such training programmes.
