  • Valid ATPL with a current A320 type rating (A318 / A319 / A320 / A321)
  • 1500 PIC flight time must be on aircraft ≥ 60 tons MTOW.
  • Cruise Captain time not acceptable.
  • PIC time as First Officer not acceptable.
  • No record of being at fault in any accident or incident.

Must have flown as Commander within the last 12–18 months, with a minimum of 200 flight hours as Commander, subject to operational assessment

Additional requirements

  • Holds a valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate with no limitations (OML not accepted).
  • No history of alcohol or substance misuse (as confirmed by the CAA issuing the license).
  • Successfully completed a Command Course acceptable to the SCAA.

Assessment Process: Document verification, technical interview, simulator assessment (if applicable), and medical clearance.

Onboarding Timeline: Targeted monthly start batches, subject to successful completion of CAA validation and work/residence permit procedures.

Summary

  • Monthly Salary: USD 9,500
  • Housing Support: USD 600
  • Medical Insurance: Comprehensive health and accident insurance per company group policy
  • Commuting pilots: Round-trip economy-class tickets per rotation (Home/NOD ↔ Base)
  • Non-commuting pilots: Round-trip economy-class tickets for the employee and direct family members, provided twice per year (Base ↔ Home/NOD)
  • Alternative travel arrangements may be agreed upon, provided the total number of tickets is not increased
  • Annual Leave: Commuting: Covered through OFF-rotation
  • Annual Leave: Non-Commuting: 30 calendar days for residential expat contracts + up to 24 additional days based on annual flight hours
  • Additional Travel Benefit: ID travel
  • Visa, Residence and Work Permit: Visa, residence, and work permit support is provided for the employee and direct family members, where applicable. All necessary documentation and processing support will be coordinated by the company.
