FAA type rating in the A320 aircraft
Excellent working knowledge of pilot collective bargaining agreement
Excellent technical and non-technical skills
Excellent winning attitude that understands and embraces Frontiers commitment to Low Fares Done Right
Ability to provide effective leadership to direct reports and the entire pilot group
Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner with all company personnel as well as outside agency representatives
Ability to problem-solve and react positively to all types of difficult situations
Knowledge of common desktop applications
