- Current Frontier Airlines Line Pilot
- FAA type rating in the A320 aircraft
- Excellent working knowledge of pilot collective bargaining agreement
- Excellent technical and non-technical skills
- Excellent winning attitude that understands and embraces Frontiers commitment to Low Fares Done Right
- Ability to provide effective leadership to direct reports and the entire pilot group
- Ability to communicate in a professional and positive manner with all company personnel as well as outside agency representatives
- Ability to problem-solve and react positively to all types of difficult situations
- Knowledge of common desktop applications
