Minimum requirements Additional requirements Hold or have held a valid flight crew license with associated ratings appropriate to the type of operations conducted under the AOC. Practical experience in the application of aviation safety standards. Comprehensive knowledge of AOC holder’s operations specifications, applicable EU regulations, and related requirements. Appropriate management experience, ideally in a comparable organization. Strong understanding of EASA rules and regulations. Expertise in aircrew rostering and Fatigue Management processes. Excellent people management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle complex issues, time pressure, and maintain high standards.
