Job description
Longreach Aviation China is pleased to offer these Captain positions with West Air, winner of SKYTRAXs Best Low-Cost Airlines in China 2017.
West Air is a subsidiary of the Hainan Airlines group which is Chinas fourth largest commercial airlines. West Air operates scheduled services out of the western city of Chongqing to domestic destinations throughout China with a fleet of 35 A320 aircraft.
These contracts are 3 years in length, and provide 2 different roster patterns.
All remuneration is net/after taxes in China and is well above industry average salary for A320 pilots.
West also provide a generous USD 6,000 per year for air travel with discount tickets available for your family on West Air and Hainan Airlines.

Compensation and benefits
Summary
- These salary rates outlined in this document are net of Chinese tax.
- Base Salary USD1,750/mth - USD2,000/mth depending on roster option
- Hourly rate USD144/hr
- Safety bonus USD10,000 per annum
- Travel allowance USD6,000 per annum
- Package value ~USD10,533 (50 hrs) to ~USD10,283 (50 hrs) depending on roster option
- Crew ID tickets
- Sick leave
- Instructor development
